 1. Warranty Period:

• We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage:

• We provide free repair or replacement for any defects caused by product malfunction.

3. Chargeable Repair:

• Even during the warranty period, repair and parts costs may be incurred in the following cases:
  • Damage or malfunction caused by consumer negligence or fault
  • Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow the instructions in the user manual
  • Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product
  • Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)

4. Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending and receiving the product for warranty service.

5. Repair Procedure:

• If a problem occurs with the product, please contact our customer center to request A/S service.
• Send the product to our A/S center, and we will repair or replace it after inspecting the product.
• If the product cannot be repaired after inspection, we will replace it with a new one.

6. New Product Replacement:

• New product replacements will be processed after the original product has been inspected at our A/S center.
• We cannot send a new product first and then retrieve the original product.

7. Other:

• Warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the product type and model.

• Delivery distance is calculated and determined through route search on Google Maps.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the above departure address to the delivery destination.

• Melbourne, Victoria (within 50km one-way from the departure address)
• Delivery service is provided within Melbourne city and surrounding suburbs.
• Areas exceeding 50km one-way from the departure address can be delivered via a courier company (inquire separately).
• Minimum Delivery Unit: Deliveries start from 10 boxes.
• Orders under 10 boxes can be delivered via a courier company (inquire separately).
• Legs and tabletops can be delivered regardless of quantity, but the minimum delivery charge applies.

🔔 Delivery Information (Must Read)

• Pre-delivery Contact Required: We will always contact customers before delivery departure.
• Delivery Proceeded Only When Pickup is Possible: Delivery will proceed after confirming pickup availability with the customer via contact. Delivery may be delayed or canceled if the customer is absent or unreachable.
• Accurate Delivery Address and Contact Information: Accurate delivery address and contactable phone number are required for smooth delivery.
• Delivery Time: Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and delivery routes. Detailed delivery time will be informed on the day of delivery when we contact you.

1. You need to check the electricity capacity of the installation site.

Our products use electricity, so when installing the product, you need to check whether it can accommodate the amount of electricity that the number of products you are installing can accommodate.

2. You need to design the electrical connection location of the installation site.

1. Purchase inquiry

Our products can be custom-made according to the customer's taste. Accordingly, if the customer provides the following information, faster production, installation, or delivery is possible.

- Product type and desired number of units

- Table size

- Table color

- Delivery or installation address

2. Sending a quotation

If the customer wants to place an order after receiving the quotation, we will send an invoice.

- Since the delivery and installation fees vary depending on the region, you must provide the exact date and address so that we can determine the cost quickly.

- We offer another discount for bulk purchases.

3. 30% payment of the invoice

We will begin manufacturing the table by paying 30% of the invoice as a definite intention to purchase.

4. 70% payment of the invoice

After completing the production of the product, you must pay 70% before shipping or installing the product.

5. Receipt Issuance

A receipt will be issued upon completion of all delivery or installation.

Our products are designed for commercial use. This means that they are safer and more durable than home use, even after long-term use.

If you frequently enjoy table-style Korean BBQ at home, we can highly recommend them for home use.

It is manufactured with an advanced scientific design structure so that the meat does not get steamed, dried out, or burned, and there is no smoke. 

Since there is no smoke, there is no need to install unnecessary ducting. When you first place the meat on the grill, what is produced is not smoke, but steam as the moisture in the meat evaporates, so there is no need to worry at all.

This is a cutting-edge grill that is manufactured with an advanced scientific design structure so that the meat does not burn and smoke is not generated. 

In most cases, no smoke is produced and installation is not required. However, if you are using a large number of units (over 50 units) or if you are checking the health regulations in your area, we recommend installation if your council recommends it.

1. Yes, it is possible.

If you change the purpose of an existing restaurant or have difficulties during installation, Yedan can visit directly and install it.

The following additional fees will be charged for on-site installation.

2) Additional cost

- Additional fees will be charged for material costs that occur during the visit due to special circumstances.
