A, Check if the power is on and if the plug is properly connected to the outlet.
The power may be automatically off for safety purpose when the product is overheated
A, A small amount of smoke may come out when the product is used for the first time, but this is not a product failure. Use the product confidently.
A, Cook after preheating the roaster with a glass lid open for about 4 minutes before food is prepared. It takes more time for you to cook food as it requires to become hot if you begin cooking without preheating in advance.
A, Keep the roasting pan and oil container clean. Please keep the oil container filled with about 250ml of water during roasting.
A, Check if the lamp located on the bottom of the timer indicating the intensity of far-infrared is turned on. Please also check if the rotary switch is on.
